GREG CASON, PRESIDENT
Mr. Cason is the founder of CrestMarc and is responsible for the corporate vision, strategy and overall guidance of CrestMarc. Mr. Cason has been instrumental in fostering key relationships and opportunities that have resulted in CrestMarc’s development into a vertically integrated company providing a comprehensive spectrum of commercial real estate services in Texas and Oklahoma. A 30-year veteran of the multi-family housing business, he has spearheaded the acquisitions of over 25,000 multi-family housing units valued in excess of $1.1 billion. Over his career, he has held senior/partner positions at several nationally known multi-family companies such as JPI, Archon, and First Worthing, where he focused on acquisitions, financing, construction, and management of multi-family properties.
In 2004, he founded a new company, CrestMarc, to continue his dedication to investing and owning multi-family investments. He is well versed in the management, acquisition and development of assets in multiple states. Mr. Cason is a Licensed Texas and Oklahoma Real Estate Broker and holds an MBA from Southern Methodist University and a BA from Austin College.
CHRISTINE KUNKLE, VICE PRESIDENT
Christine is responsible for overseeing operations and key investor relations at CrestMarc. Ms. Kunkle’s position is both strategic and operational in nature contributing to the implementation of comprehensive program and tactics that promote the achievement of optimum operational and financial performance to meet each investor’s needs. With more than 23 years of experience in the Multi-Housing industry, she has previously held such positions as the Senior Investment Manager role with Pinnacle, Regional Property Manager with Lincoln Property Company and Business Manager for AIMCO where she began her career.
Her vast experience includes the management of many multi-family product types (Development, Conventional, Senior Living, Affordable and Student Living) and stabilizing under-performing assets. Christine has lead management teams for large institutional investors, private investment groups and lenders.
Ms. Kunkle has served as co-chair and held various positions on the boards of local, state and national apartment associations with a primary focus on legislative issues relevant to our industry.
